Yes. An account is required to generate thumbnails, use free credits, save projects, compare versions, select preferred results, and access your previous generations.

Yes. You can create an account and use the Free plan without adding a credit or debit card.

No. The Free plan does not automatically convert into a paid plan. You must actively choose and purchase a credit pack before any payment is charged.

Yes. A video title can be enough to begin. Adding more specific creative instructions and visual references usually gives the system clearer direction.

Yes. You can upload reference images such as your portrait, product image, character, logo, clothing reference, background idea, or another visual element you have permission to use.

You can currently upload up to three reference images for a supported generation request.

TubersPlanet supports available aspect-ratio options such as 16:9 for standard YouTube thumbnails, 1:1 for square content, and 9:16 for vertical content such as TikTok, where those options are shown in the generator.

Yes. Available generation controls may include visual style, color direction, aspect ratio, and additional creative instructions.

No. Automated image generation may occasionally produce unexpected details, spelling problems, inaccurate objects, or a result that does not fully match your idea. You should review every thumbnail before publishing it.

Regenerate creates a fresh thumbnail version while keeping the previous result saved inside the same thumbnail project.

No. Previous versions remain attached to the project so you can compare them and choose the result you prefer.

Pro is a higher-quality option available for both Generate and Regenerate. Choosing Pro uses more credits than Standard but can produce a more refined result.

Yes. You can regenerate an existing thumbnail project using the Pro option for a higher-quality result.

Yes. Saved versions can be viewed and compared within the relevant thumbnail project.

Yes. Selecting an older saved version does not require creating a new image and does not consume a generation credit.

No. Viewing, comparing, selecting, and downloading an existing saved version do not use generation credits.

Each eligible registered account currently receives three lifetime standard generation credits.

No. The Free plan includes three lifetime credits. They do not automatically reset or renew.

No. Thumbnails downloaded from the Free plan do not contain a TubersPlanet watermark.

A Standard Generate or Regenerate currently uses 1 credit.

Choosing Pro for a Generate or Regenerate currently uses 2 credits.

Your account and previous projects remain available, but you will need to purchase a credit pack before creating more thumbnails.

No. Creating multiple accounts, using disposable identities, or bypassing account limits to obtain additional free credits is prohibited.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not monthly allowances, so there's no monthly cycle for credits to roll over from. Purchased credits simply remain in your account until you use them.

TubersPlanet currently offers a Free plan plus four one-time credit packs: Starter, Creator, Professional, and Agency. Larger or custom needs can be discussed as a Business agreement.

Every credit pack includes watermark-free downloads, Standard and Pro generate access, regenerate access, up to 3 reference images, all available aspect ratios, style and color controls, and full project version history.

The Agency pack is designed for agencies, teams, freelancers managing multiple clients, larger channels, and users who need higher-volume or bulk thumbnail generation at the lowest cost per credit.

Cost per credit drops as pack size increases, from $0.36 per credit on the Starter pack down to $0.27 per credit on the Agency pack.

No. Every credit pack is a one-time purchase. There's no recurring charge and nothing to cancel, you simply buy another pack whenever you need more credits.

Yes. You're never locked into one pack size. Choose whichever pack fits what you need the next time you run low on credits.

No. Running out of credits does not delete your account or previously generated projects. Purchase another credit pack any time to continue generating.

Payments are generally final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed and the credits or digital service become available, except where applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.

Paid access, digital-service capacity, processing resources, account features, and generation credits become available immediately after purchase. When a problem occurs, TubersPlanet focuses on correcting access, restoring eligible credits, or resolving the technical issue.

No. Credit packs are one-time purchases, and refunds are not provided for unused credits once a purchase is completed.

No. Not using purchased credits or features does not normally qualify a payment for a refund.

Your generated thumbnails and related versions are organized within your account and My Generation area, subject to available storage and retention rules.

Regenerated and Pro versions can remain grouped under the same parent thumbnail project so you can review the full creative history.

Where a delete option is available, you can remove the relevant project or version. Deleted content may no longer be recoverable.

Yes. Download and safely store important final thumbnails. TubersPlanet should not be treated as the only permanent backup location for your files.

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded content. You must own the content or have the necessary permission to upload and process it.
