How Generation Credits Work
Credits are used when a new image version is created. Viewing, selecting, comparing, and downloading an existing version does not use a generation credit, and the same rules apply whether you're on the Free plan or any credit pack.
1 credit
Standard
Create a new thumbnail from your title, settings, prompt and optional reference images, or regenerate an existing project at standard quality.
2 credits
Pro
Generate or regenerate using the higher-quality Pro option for a more refined result.
Comparing saved versions does not use credits.
Selecting a previous version does not use credits.
Downloading an existing image does not use credits.
